Return Policy

At BJJLIFESTYLE Co., Ltd., want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy:

- No Returns: We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

- Exchanges: We do accept exchanges within "30 days" of the ship date for unwashed, unworn items with original tags and packaging. Contact us at bjjlifestyleofficial@gmail.com to initiate your exchange.

- Non-Returnable Items: Accessories and special order items cannot be exchanged.

- Restocking Fee: Exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

- Shipping Charges: Once an order has shipped, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and any shipping charges associated with exchanges.

- Shipping Cost: The client provide the shipping cost to exchange product. 

  • Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt. You'll receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed.

- Recommendations: For exchanges, we recommend shipping with insurance coverage and tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.

European Union (EU) 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Bjjlifestyle by email or written notice before the 14-day period expires. Your request must clearly state your intention to cancel the order.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Bjjlifestyle is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds:

  • Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • Original shipping fees are refundable as required under EU law; however, any additional costs resulting from choosing a non-standard delivery option are non-refundable.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products;
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products once accessed or delivered.

- Refused or Undeliverable Packages: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for refused or undeliverable packages. Additional fees may apply and will be deducted from any exchange due.
