1. What sizing options do you offer?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the correct fit. For BJJ Gis, we provide recommended height and weight ranges. For rashguards, shorts, and other apparel, we provide relevant body and garment measurements.

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort. If you need assistance, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Available sizes may vary by product:

Adult BJJ Gis: A1, A2, A3, A4
Women’s BJJ Gis: F0, F1, F2, F3, F4
Kids’ BJJ Gis: M0000, M000, M00, M0, M1, M2, M3, M4
Rashguards, Shorts and T-Shirts: XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide from Phuket, Thailand.

We offer free shipping throughout Thailand. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and total package weight. The exact shipping rate will be displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Thailand: 1–3 business days
Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days
Europe and the Americas: 10–20 business days

You will receive tracking information after your order has been shipped.

For pre-order products, please check the product page for the estimated shipping or delivery start date.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and local payment options available at checkout. All transactions are securely processed by Omise Payments.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns: We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. All sales are final.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned with their original tags and packaging.

6. How should I care for my BJJ Gi and apparel?

BJJ Gis: Wash in cold water and hang dry. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to help prevent fading.
Rashguards and other apparel: Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not use fabric softener. Hang dry after washing.

Avoid using a tumble dryer, as heat may damage the fabric or cause shrinkage.

7. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer wholesale options for gyms, academies and resellers.

8. Do you make custom designs?

Yes! We create custom BJJ Gis, rashguards and apparel for gyms, academies and teams.
