Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

At BJJLIFESTYLE CO., LTD., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. All sales are final, except where a return or refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 30 days after you receive your order.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused and unwashed;

  • In its original condition;

  • Complete with the original tags and packaging; and

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, contact us at bjjlifestyleofficial@gmail.com before sending the item.

If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to send it. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please do not send an item before receiving confirmation from our team.

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs required to send the replacement item.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or when the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. BJJLIFESTYLE is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.

Restocking Fee

Approved exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee where permitted by law. This fee does not apply when the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

If your item is defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at bjjlifestyleofficial@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem.

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution. When the claim is approved, BJJLIFESTYLE will cover reasonable return and replacement shipping costs.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Customized, personalized or special-order products;

  • Gift cards;

  • Downloadable or digital products;

  • Accessories marked as final sale;

  • Used, worn or washed merchandise;

  • Products without their original tags or packaging; or

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons after being opened.

Sale items are not eligible for voluntary exchanges unless stated otherwise. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Exchange Processing Time

Approved exchanges are normally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

We will send you an email confirmation after the exchange has been processed.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a customer in the European Union and applicable EU consumer law applies, you may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the products.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform BJJLIFESTYLE of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by emailing bjjlifestyleofficial@gmail.com.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products unless the products are defective or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

You may inspect the products as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the products.

When required by law, eligible refunds will include the original standard delivery cost. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or receive evidence that they have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

The EU right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • Customized or clearly personalized products;

  • Sealed products unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken;

  • Gift cards; or

  • Digital products after access or delivery has begun with the customer’s consent, where applicable.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved or legally required, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact bjjlifestyleofficial@gmail.com.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for costs arising from refused or undeliverable packages, including return shipping and reshipping charges.

Any applicable costs may be deducted from an approved refund or credit where permitted by law.
